Farmers Market' 2020
It is my absolutely most favorite time of the year – Farmers' Market season! I very rarely hit the supermarket for vegetables, fruit and other delightful farm fresh items during these months. Below are various local farmers markets, what they have to offer (give or take a few items), location and hours. I have included markets for our local communities of Trumbull, Newtown, Monroe, Shelton, and some surrounding towns.

Monroe Farmers' Market Opens June 19th
7 Fan Hill Road (Monroe Green)

Farm fresh organic vegetables, fruit, herbs, baked goods, breads, brick oven pizza, gourmet items and prepared foods, goat’s milk products including soaps, lotions, cheese and yogurt, honey, honeycomb, maple products, clams, all-natural pet food and pet treats, free weekly entertainment, children’s activities and more.
When: Open June 23rd through October 25th, Fridays

Newtown Farmers' Market
Fairfield Hills campus, Trades Lane
