🌾 4th Annual Scarecrow Contest - Newtown

Description

Individuals, families, businesses, sports teams and community organizations are invited to participate in the 4th Annual Scarecrow Contest. Adopt a Fairfield Hills Lamp Post of your choice during the month of October, (first-come, first-served). Build your own unique scarecrow and affix it to your adopted lamp post (you can pick up your number card at Newtown Parks & Rec office). You can work on your scarecrow from October 2-25. The community is invited to vote for their favorite scarecrow from October 26-29. The winner will be announced on October 31.

Winners have a chance to win a Summer 2024 Family Pool & Beach Membership Pass or assorted tier prizes donated by local businesses.
