Clock Tower Square in Monroe, CT is hosting a community Halloween Event that will include the following:

11:30am - Doggie Costume Contest at Natural Pet
12:00-2:00pm
Trick-or-Treat the Plaza - Participating businesses will hand out candy.
Picture taking stations around the plaza.
Pete the Cat, Raffle and Face Painting at Building Blocks
Local Police Touch-a-Car
1:30-2:15pm - CT Dance: Dance Performance
