The Town of Trumbull hosts an annual Memorial Day Parade to remember and honor the military personnel who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces. The event typically feature veterans and dignitaries, antique cars, marching bands, color guards, schools, scouts, and sports teams.
In recognition of the lives lost in Vietnam, a rededication ceremony and wreath-laying will occur at 8:00 AM at the Vietnam Memorial on White Plains Road. All are welcome to attend.
The Town Hall ceremony, honoring the parade Grand Marshal, will begin at 9:00 AM in front of Town Hall.
A wreath-laying ceremony, honoring those lives lost in other wars will also be held at Town Hall.
The parade itself will step off at 10:00 AM, beginning at the new shopping plaza, Long Hill Market, and end at Town Hall.
